Description:
1. Our production lines have two extruders co-extrusion type and
three extrusion type. Our extruders adopt specially designed screw.
We did a lots of study from process to formula. The performance of
our machinery and ewuipment reached the internation advanced level.
2. The plate produced by our production line have no cracking and
non-deformation in high temperature. Usually the template can be
used for more than 30 times,and maximum can be used for 50 times.
3. The characteristics of the PE, PP plastic building template:
1.Good water resistance.
The board won’t rot; rust and deformation, even soak in the water
for several days.
2.It can easy separate with cement, and not deformation because of
cement conglutination.
3.It can improve the effect of construction. To create the smooth
surface so as to avoid second modifies.
4.It can be produced with different patter to reduce the process of
construction.
